Originally created for Stones Throw Beat Battle, Nitro Fresh later decided to use this beat to put a little uniqueness to this debut album. With the shuffle (swing) rhythm and distorted grunge-style guitar riffs, this song is rather a rock track. Chorus is simpleas it just goes "La La La". You will hear Jonnie Storm's two vocals (one rapping, one singing). Distorted effects plus the shouting by Jonnie was an awesome thing to add to spice up the song.

원래는 Nitro Fresh가 Stones Throw 비트배틀을 위해 만든 비트이며, 본 앨범에 살짝 독특한 면을 살리고자 녹음과 수록하길 결정하였습니다. 스윙감이 있는 셔플 리듬과 함께 시애틀 그런지 스타일의 기타리프 샘플로 이뤄져, 힙합보다는 록음악에 더 가까운 곡입니다. 코러스는 심플하게 "라 라 라~"이며, Jonnie Storm의 랩과 노래를 동시에 들어볼수 있는 곡입니다. 디스토션 이펙트와 Jonnie의 샤우팅등이 본 곡을 좀 더 감칠맛나게 합니다.
